Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients who may be interested in their services
  • Generate leads, universally map potential new clients
  • Generate strong relationships through a soft sale approach, most often from cold-calling after thorough research
  • Build trust through consultative conversations
  • Carry out research and gain key market knowledge within new business opportunities
  • Liaise with back office to work on desk or firmwide projects
  • Use of our internal CRM system, carefully inputting full data on prospective client companies and users and potential deals

Skills

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent
  • Recent graduate to 2 years of work experience
  • Confident and driven with sales experience
  • Ambitious and self-starting individual with track record of being high achiever who relentlessly pursues accelerated progression
  • Strong interest in sales, energy and financial markets would be beneficial
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to deploy those skills during time-sensitive situations
  • Entrepreneurial, adaptive, self-motivated; enjoy challenges and significant responsibility, and thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments
  • Good attention to detail, organised
