Your job responsibilities will include:

• Provide an enhanced level of expertise within desktop and app support
• Deal with server class hardware and carry out associated tasks
• Administration of systems hosted on-prem and cloud
• Provide enhanced support (technical and non-technical) for all services across the entire infrastructure portfolio
• Adhere to security, risk and governance best practises
• Architecture and design of systems within the infrastructure space
• BCP, DR and maintaining backups / restores

The skills and qualifications requirements for the job are as follows:

• Window Server OS (2016, 2019..)
• Windows Desktop OS
• Hardware support
• Active Directory – ADDS & AAD
• Azure (various services)
• Citrix XenDesktop (stand-alone app provisioning as well as VDI)
• VMware vSphere, SRM
• Scripting and automation
• Deployment & monitoring tools (SCOM, SCCM…)
• Storage and file serving solutions (SAN, NAS, DFS)
• MS patching and security tools
• Audit and regulatory awareness
• DR, BCP and HA infrastructure experience
